Payments and refunds, answered
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 7 days of payment, any portion you have not used yet is refunded in full. Portions you have already started using are limited, as is standard for digital content.
What counts as ‘used’?
Star fragments are assessed per pack: spend even one fragment from that payment and the pack counts as started. For membership, using any benefit once (the daily grant of fragments, opening an early-access story, and so on) starts that period.
What happens if I cancel mid-period?
You keep the remaining period until your next billing date, then move to the free plan. Time already used is not refundable. You can cancel anytime in Account & Settings.
How do I request a refund?
One email is enough. We reply with the outcome within three business days of receiving your request, and issue the refund within the same period once confirmed. Funds may take a few more days to reach you, depending on your card issuer. support@isekaiplay.com
Are free star fragments refundable?
No. Fragments granted for free or through events, and periods given at no charge through promotions, are not subject to refund. Only what you paid for is.
Is my payment information safe?
Your card number is never stored on our servers. Stripe handles the payment, and we receive only the result and receipt details.
