1. Basic Principles
Raymind AI Inc. (the "Company") operates IsekaiPlay (the "Service") in compliance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Juvenile Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, so that young people are not exposed to harmful information.
The Service provides interactive narrative content intended for adult users. The Company restricts access by minors, blocks the generation and display of harmful content by technical means, and maintains a responsible officer and procedures for this purpose.
2. Restrictions on Use by Minors
Paid purchases and adult-oriented features of the Service are not available to persons under 19 years of age. The Company confirms that a user is an adult during sign-up and payment, and restricts these features where a user is identified as a minor.
If a minor made a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel that payment under the Civil Act. Cancellation requests are received at the contact below and processed without delay after verification.
3. Measures Blocking Harmful Content
Expressions prohibited by law, such as sexual depiction of minors, are blocked at the code level as hard guardrails rather than as prompt instructions. These blocks cannot be lifted by any user input.
Automated filters apply at all times to dialogue, narration, and images generated by artificial intelligence. The Company monitors output and user input, and where a violation is confirmed, deletes the content and restricts use.
The Selfie Together feature is available only to adult users and only for photos of yourself. Uploading photos of other people or of minors is prohibited; violations result in deletion of the image and restriction of the feature. Details are set out in the Selfie Together Safety Policy.
4. Training and Review
The Company ensures that those operating the Service are familiar with youth protection laws, internal standards, and procedures for responding to harmful content, and conducts a youth protection review before releasing new features.
The Company regularly verifies through automated checks that its blocking standards and filters actually work, and records and fixes any problems found.
5. Reporting and Counseling
If you find content harmful to young people or have suffered harm, you may report it to the contact below. The Company responds with the outcome within three business days of receiving the report.
For external counseling in Korea, you may contact the Korea Communications Standards Commission report line (1377) or the Youth Cyber Counseling Center (1388).
