1. Purpose and Scope
This policy sets out the rules for using the Selfie Together feature of IsekaiPlay safely. Selfie Together is an optional feature in which, when you upload your own photo, artificial intelligence generates a two-shot image that looks as if you were photographed with a character.
This policy is a sub-policy of Article 9 of the Terms of Service and forms part of the Terms. Matters not covered here follow the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
2. Adults Only and Age Requirement
Selfie Together is provided only to adult users. Minors may not use this feature, and the Company may put in place a procedure to verify adult status as needed.
3. Own-Photo Rule
You must upload only photos that show your own face. Uploading photos of other people, of minors, of public figures, or photos for which you cannot confirm consent is prohibited.
You warrant that you have the lawful right to use any photo you upload. You are responsible for problems arising from uploading a photo that infringes another person's portrait rights or copyright.
4. Storage and Automatic Deletion of Uploads
The original photo you upload is processed only to generate a two-shot image and is stored only temporarily. Once generation is complete, the original photo is deleted automatically.
We do not use the original photos you upload to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Selfie Together in the following ways: uses that impersonate or mislead others through deepfakes; sexual misuse or harassment; uses that defame or harass others; any sexual or inappropriate use involving minors; uses that promote violence, hate, or illegality; and circulating generated output as if it were real fact.
Exporting an image created with Selfie Together outside the Service to use it for any of the prohibited purposes above is also a violation of this policy.
6. Safety Review and Moderation
For safety, the Company may review (moderate) uploaded photos and generated images through automated and manual means. Photos that appear to show minors, photos that are clearly of other people, and requests that amount to prohibited uses may be blocked before or after generation.
Automated moderation that screens for sexual content and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is always applied to uploaded photos and generated images, and no user input can disable it. However, it cannot fully and automatically determine non-sexual images of minors, deepfakes, or impersonation of others. The prohibition on uploading photos of minors, of other people, or deepfakes relies on your agreement to these terms and your attestation that the photo is of yourself, supplemented by our moderation and review. Violating photos are blocked before or after generation when detected and may result in account action.
7. Rights in and Responsibility for Output
Images generated with Selfie Together may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for using the output to infringe the rights of others or to violate this policy or the law.
8. Reports and Deletion Requests
Anyone who believes their likeness has been used without consent may request deletion from the Company. You may also request deletion of the photos you uploaded and the output at any time, and requests can be sent to hi@isekaiplay.com. Once the Company confirms a request, it processes it without delay.
9. Measures for Violations
If this policy is violated, the Company may delete the image and restrict use of the Selfie Together feature or of the account. If a violation of the law is confirmed, the Company may take necessary measures, such as reporting to the relevant authorities.
10. Changes to This Policy and Contact
