Article 1 (Purpose and Definition of the Service)
These Terms set out the conditions of use, and the rights and obligations between Raymind AI Inc. (the "Company") and users, for IsekaiPlay (the "Service"), an AI interactive story game service provided by the Company.
The Company's information is as follows: Raymind AI Inc., representative Hyunsang Cho, business registration number 492-10-03068, address 15-15 Pangyodaejang-ro 7-gil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, contact hi@isekaiplay.com. Paid products are sold by Raymind.AI LLC (Wyoming, USA), a U.S. entity operated together with the Company, and this name may appear on your receipts and card statements. Service operations and customer support are handled by Raymind AI Inc.
The Service is a single-player interactive game in which artificial intelligence generates the story in real time. Users choose a scenario in a web browser and play a story that unfolds according to the actions and lines they enter.
Article 2 (Accounts and Sign-in)
You can try the Service without an account. Signing in is required to continue your progress across devices or to use paid features.
You can sign in with email verification (a magic link) or with social login (Google, Kakao, or LINE). If you use social login, the provider shares limited information such as your email address and a profile identifier within the scope it defines, and that data is handled under the Privacy Policy. The Company does not collect passwords.
You must use an account and email that you control. You are responsible for problems caused by sharing your account, social login connection, or sign-in link with third parties.
Article 3 (Notice on AI-Generated Content)
A substantial part of the Service's content, including dialogue, narration, and images, is generated in real time by artificial intelligence in response to your input. All stories are fiction, and the characters are not real people.
AI-generated output may contain inaccurate, awkward, or unintended content. The Company works to improve the quality of generated output but does not guarantee any particular result.
Rights to stories, images, and other output generated within the Service belong to the Company. You may freely view and keep them for personal, non-commercial use.
Article 4 (User Content)
You own the text you enter into the Service, such as lines and actions ("User Content"). The Company may use User Content to the extent necessary to provide the Service (storage, processing, story generation, and memory features) and to improve quality.
You must not enter content that infringes the rights of others or violates the law.
Article 5 (Protection of Minors)
Protecting minors is the Service's highest priority. Areas that require protection, such as sexual depiction of minors, are blocked by code-level guardrails rather than prompt instructions, and no user input can disable them.
Attempting to bypass the guardrails is a prohibited act under Article 10, and the Company may restrict such use.
Article 6 (Paid Services and Subscriptions)
Alongside free usage, the Company offers paid subscriptions (Standard, Premium, and Creator). A subscription is a recurring payment that renews automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) you choose. The price and scope of each subscription are shown on the Pricing screen.
Payment is made on the web, and payment processing is entrusted to payment service providers. The Company may use Stripe for overseas payments and Toss Payments or PortOne for payments within Korea. Payment method information such as card numbers is handled by the payment providers, and the Company does not store it.
A subscription renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal in your account settings, and you can continue using the Service until the end of the paid cycle. If the price changes, we give advance notice, and an increased fee will not be charged automatically without your consent.
Article 7 (Star Fragments and In-App Currency)
Star fragments are an in-app currency consumed when you use certain features within the Service, such as foresight, photos, and Selfie Together. You can purchase star fragments or obtain them from free grants. Star fragments are not cash and are not refundable in cash except as required by law.
Withdrawal and refunds for purchased star fragments follow Article 8. Star fragments granted for free may have an expiry period depending on the grant conditions, and they expire when the period passes or when the account is deleted. The Company describes the expiry conditions on the Service screen.
Where star fragments purchased in Japan qualify as a prepaid payment instrument under the Payment Services Act (前払式支払手段), their issuance and the treatment of unused balances follow the applicable law.
Article 8 (Right of Withdrawal and Refunds)
Withdrawal and refunds for paid purchases follow the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the standard terms for content use. You may request withdrawal of subscription for digital content you have not yet used within 7 days from the date of payment or from the date the content became available.
Given the nature of digital content, withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by law for portions where provision has begun, such as star fragments you have already spent or a subscription period whose use has started. Refunds for unused portions are handled under the applicable law and standard terms.
If a minor made a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel that payment under the Civil Act. Refund requests can be sent to hi@isekaiplay.com.
Article 9 (Selfie Together Feature)
Selfie Together is an optional feature in which, when you upload your own photo, artificial intelligence generates a two-shot image that looks as if you were photographed with a character. This feature is provided only to adult users.
You must upload only your own photo and must not upload photos of other people or of minors. Uploaded photos are stored only temporarily for generation and are deleted automatically once processing is complete. Uses that infringe portrait or personal rights, such as deepfakes, defamation, sexual misuse, or impersonation of others, are prohibited.
The detailed safety and privacy rules for Selfie Together are set out in a separate Selfie Together Safety Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For safety, the Company may moderate uploads and generated output, and if a violation is confirmed, it may delete the image or restrict use of the feature.
Article 10 (Prohibited Acts)
You must not do any of the following: violate the law or infringe the rights of others; attempt to bypass safety mechanisms such as the guardrails protecting minors; upload photos of other people or minors or infringe portrait rights; use automated tools for abnormal access or to overload the Service; copy, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service without permission; abuse the payment or currency systems; or transfer or share your account, social login connection, or sign-in link.
If a prohibited act is confirmed, the Company may restrict use after prior notice, or restrict first and notify afterwards in urgent cases.
Article 11 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)
The Company may change all or part of the Service to improve it or as needed for operational or technical reasons. We give notice of significant changes on the Service screen or by email before they take effect.
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, failures, or other unavoidable reasons, and in such cases gives advance notice to the extent possible.
Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)
The Service is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted use or permanent preservation of data, and is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or infrastructure failures.
Unless the Company acts with intent or gross negligence, its liability for damages arising from AI-generated content is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights guaranteed to users by consumer protection law.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Disputes)
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to use of the Service are handled by the courts with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
For users in Japan, disclosures and consumer protection matters under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions also apply through a separate notice or the payment screen.
For users outside Korea, including the United States, the governing law above applies, but the rights mandatorily guaranteed by the consumer protection law of each user's place of residence are not limited.
Article 14 (Changes and Contact)
The Company may change these Terms. Changes are announced on the Service screen at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). Changed Terms take effect from the effective date stated in the announcement.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hi@isekaiplay.com.
